Yoga Flow is an uplifting class that unifies breath with movement.

Bethany's Vinyasa flow class takes on a rhythmical flow connecting each movement with a unifying breath, often set to music.

Bethany’s vinyasa flow class takes elements of ashtanga and hatha yoga combined together with an uplifting flow. The class is focussed on the natural movement of your body, you may feel as if you’re dancing through the postures. This can be a more physically challenging class so you should leave feeling that you have worked and been wonderfully stretched. The class includes asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), relaxation and basic meditation. This is an intermediate, level 2 class which means you need some previous experience of yoga to participate or have attended Bethany's 'Yoga Basics' Level 1 class before. Because of this there are less verbal alignment cues and more physically challenging postures of an intermediate level.
