Physio-led Mum and Baby Yoga for Postnatal Recovery

This postnatal yoga class is designed and led by a pelvic health physiotherapist aimed at helping mums recover from pregnancy and birth. The class is suitable for new mums from 6 weeks postnatal (8 weeks after C section), up until baby is on the move and crawling.

If you have had any complications with your birth that could affect your ability to perform gentle exercise, please discuss this with Bethany prior to the start of the term. This is to ensure any specific recommendations or modifications for you can be made to keep you safe and comfortable in class. 

There is a focus on restoring pelvic floor function and gently rebuilding core control with physio approved postnatal exercises. This is a relaxed, informal session and a great opportunity to meet other mums in the area. You are very welcome to feed/change your baby anytime you need to.
