A specialist class designed with your body and its unique individuality in mind. 

Yoga basics is a yoga practice suitable for everyone from the seasoned practitioner looking to get 'back to basics' or if you are brand new to yoga.  Yoga basics is a beautiful class with its foundations in the ancient practice of hatha yoga. Each class contains elements of asana (physical postures) pranayama (breath control), relaxation and basic meditation. This class contains plenty of alignment advice and clear instruction on all the practices included; ideal for those students who are new to yoga or those looking for a well rounded, more gently paced class.

The class includes postures on the floor, in siting and in standing therefore you do need to be able to get on/off the floor independently. If this is problematic for you contact Bethany for more information and suitability.  Modifications are available for all poses to make sure they suit you and your body, this may include taking them up or down a level.
